  • Join us as a food vendor for this festive downtown event! We are seeking 5 food trucks offering delicious food, treats, and drinks to serve guests throughout the day.
  • Indoor vendor spaces are ideal for boutiques, crafters, artisans, baked goods, handmade gifts, local businesses, and more.

Vendor Description – Christmas Bazaar

Be part of the holiday magic at the Honey Grove Christmas Bazaar — a festive event filled with shopping, music, food, and Christmas cheer! This special day brings families and visitors downtown for a one-of-a-kind holiday experience.

We are accepting 30 inside vendors and 5 food trucks for this year’s event. Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

️ Vendor Opportunities:

  • Inside Vendor Booths – $50

    • One 10x10 booth space inside The Rails. If you'd like a double or triple space, please pay for two spots.

    • Perfect for boutiques, artisans, crafters, baked goods, handmade gifts, and more.

Food Truck Spaces – $75

  • Outdoor space in the designated vendor area (limit: 5).

  • Must provide proper permits and follow all health regulations.

Event Date: Saturday, December 13, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Downtown Honey Grove Square

Event Highlights:

  • Santa photos and cookies ($10).

  • Live Christmas music by Rita Fulmer all day.

  • Festive decorations, food, and holiday shopping for the entire community.

Vendor Guidelines:

  • Setup begins at 8:00 AM. All vendors must be ready by 9:45 AM.

  • Tear down begins at 4:00 PM. No early departures.

  • Booths must be decorated in a clean and festive manner.

  • Food vendors must provide proper permits.

  • No refunds for cancellations after booth purchase.

Spots are limited — register early to secure your space.
